History

Our company was founded in 1991 when Wacker Siltronic sold its compound semiconductor activities to Freiberger (FCM). We started as a spin-off with GaAs and InP reclaiming. After a successful entry in the semiconductor reclaiming sector, we had to move into a larger fab. In addition, our range of products expanded: larger wafers and a greater choice of wafer formats. 

Today we have a range of more than 30 products.
